Account Lead

The Illinois Soybean Association trusted Simon/Myers and our frequent partner agency, MorganMyers, to develop a new, user-friendly website. The trick? Seven different agencies and more than 80 stakeholders would need to be managed as part of the process. Through the User Stories we generated as part of our Agile framework, we were able to ascertain the key functions, design details, and other user experience must-haves across this diverse group of stakeholders. The result? A visually appealing, easy-to-navigate website conveying highly technical information in a simple, intuitive way.

Working with ISA's development partner, we created a modular page-builder within the existing CMS to allow content editors to easily create and edit dynamic and content-rich pages.

We dramatically simplified the site architecture—previously there were almost 400 pages, now we tell the same story in a streamlined 80.

Working with so many different content teams made it essential that we maintain consistency across the site. We used select methods from the agile process to determine what content was needed for each and structured delivery in a similar way so the user experience is consistent and inherently usable.
